3/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 Tbsponion powder

3 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided

3 cmilk

1 3/4 cwhipped cream cheese,divided

1loaf (1 pound) day-old french bread,cut into 1-inch pieces
How To Make sharp cheddar bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Beat eggs,parmesan cheese,onion powder and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese in a large bowl until blended.Stir in the milk and 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese until smooth.

3Fold in bread pieces.Let stand for 10 minutes.

4Spoon half of bread mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan;sprinkle with 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.Spread with remaining whipped cream cheese.

5Spoon remaining bread mixture over the whipped cream cheese.Top with remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese all over the bread mixture.

6Bake,covered,for 20 minutes.Uncover;bake for 20-25 minutes.Serve warm.
