Ingredients For shake-it-up chocolate pudding

1/2 craw chia seeds, grounded (or substitute 2/3 cup ground chia seeds, firmly packed)

3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

3 Tbsppure maple syrup

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspfreshly grated organic orange peel

2 corganic low-fat milk
How To Make shake-it-up chocolate pudding

1Place all the ingredients into a large zip-top plastic bag and zip shut. To prevent spills, place the bag into another zip-top bag.

2Shake the bag for about 2-3 minutes, or until all the ingredients are well combined.

3Open the plastic bag and squeeze the pudding into serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least a few hours. Serve topped with whipped topping and orange slices, if desired.
