Ingredients For shake-it-up chocolate pudding

  • 1/2 c
    raw chia seeds, grounded (or substitute 2/3 cup ground chia seeds, firmly packed)
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    freshly grated organic orange peel
  • 2 c
    organic low-fat milk

How To Make shake-it-up chocolate pudding

    Place all the ingredients into a large zip-top plastic bag and zip shut. To prevent spills, place the bag into another zip-top bag.

    Shake the bag for about 2-3 minutes, or until all the ingredients are well combined.

    Open the plastic bag and squeeze the pudding into serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least a few hours. Serve topped with whipped topping and orange slices, if desired.
