Ingredients For salted dark chocolate pudding

  • 2 c
    whole milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    dark chocolate chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    hershey's dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    fine sea salt
  • more sea salt for garnish

How To Make salted dark chocolate pudding

    In a small bowl whisk together 1/4 cup of the whole milk with the cornstarch. Set aside
  • 2
    In a medium saucepan add the remaining milk, sugar, chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt. Heat until the chocolate has melted
  • 3
    whisk in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and place a piece of plastic wrap on top and let cool until set.

    Sprinkle a little sea salt on top and enjoy
