Ingredients For rum pudding

  • 1 box
    vanilla wafers
  • 2
    egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    rum
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream, whipped
  • 2
    egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1
    bottle red cherries (6oz)
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make rum pudding

  • 1
    Crush vanilla waffers and line 3 ice trays which have been slightly buttered. in a bowl Add eggyolks , slowly add sugar and rum, mixing well. to another bowl add stiffly beaten egg whites to whipping cream. add egg mixture to cream mixture mix. add cherries and pecans.put into ice trays and cover with layer of crushed vanilla waffers. freeze over night serve next day ummm.
