This is a really old recipe and I had forgotton all about it until my BF's mom was asking about it. Hunted up the recipe and here it is.

6 cmilk

1 cwhite rice, i usually use long grain

1/2 craisins

1 cheavy cream

3 lgegg yolks, beaten

2 tspvanilla

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 csugar

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make rice pudding, mom's recipe

1Put milk and rice in a heavy sauce pan, bring to a low simmer, stir from time to time, and continue to cook until rice is done. I like a teflon pan the best for this.

2In a bowl whisk everything else and stir it into cooked rice.

3Continue to simmer until thick enough.

4Serve warm or cold.
