1 csour milk
- USE 1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR TO SOUR THE 1 CUP MILK

1/2 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 cshortening
- WE USE BUTTER OR MARGARINE

1 csugar
- THIS CUP IS POURED ON TOP OF THE BATTER AND RHUBARB

1 cboiling water

3 cchopped rhubarb
How To Make rhubarb pudding

1Mix the first 6 ingredients;spread in a 9x13 baking dish or pan.Spread rhubarb;add sugar and boiling water.Dot with butter,cinnamom and nutmeg (optional). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
