Ingredients For quick vanilla rice pudding

  • 3 c
    milk, 2%, divided
  • 1 c
    minute rice, uncooked
  • 2/3 c
    raisins - [i prefer the golden]
  • 2 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding, - [small pkg.] -sugar free

How To Make quick vanilla rice pudding

    BOIL: 1 CUP MILK. STIR IN MINUTE RICE AND RAISINS; COVER. LET STAND 5 MINUTES.

    PREPARE: PUDDING MIXES USING THE REMAINING 2 CUPS MILK.

    ADD: RICE MIXTURE TO THE PREPARED PUDDING MIX; STIR.

    COVER PUDDING WITH PLASTIC WRAP; COOL 5 MINUTES. THEN STIR.

    SERVE WARM OR CHILLED.

    SPRINKLE WITH GROUND CINNAMON, IF DESIRED.
