Ingredients For pumpkin pudding

  • 16 oz
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 4 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin pudding

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until set and smooth. Refrigerate until cold before serving.
