This recipe came from my 4 thru 6th grade teacher..We learned to cook in class and one year our whole class brought in their family's favorite recipes and our teachers added all the recipes we made in class and we made a cookbook to give our mothers on mother's day. This brings back all those good memories.

Ingredients For pumpkin pudding

  • 4
    eggs
  • 3 c
    pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1
    cake mix, white or yellow
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    nuts

How To Make pumpkin pudding

  • 1
    Mix first 7 ingredients. Put in pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Pour melted butter on top. Spread 1-1/2 cup nuts on top of cake.

    Bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
