This is a recipe that I got years ago from Weight Watchers. It is 1 pt (the old counting system) per 1 Cup. It also counted as a vegetable.

Ingredients For pumpkin fluff

  • 1 can
    pumpkin
  • 2 c
    skim milk
  • 1 box
    (sm) vanilla sugar free pudding
  • 1 box
    (sm) butterscotch sugar free pudding
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices

How To Make pumpkin fluff

  • 1
    Add all ingredients into a bowl. using mixer, mix all together. Taste to see if you have added enough of the spice (for your taste) Refrigerate for at least on hour. 1 Cup = 1 pt. (old weight watchers counting system.) It also counted as a vegetable. Enjoy
