If you choose to buy ready made graham cracker pie crusts, this recipe is enough to fill 2. I like to double the recipe for more filling though.

Ingredients For pumpkin dessert pudding

  • 1 1/3 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 7 oz
    jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 c
    pumpkin
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 8 oz
    container whipped topping, thawed
  • optional
    toasted coconut or finely chopped nuts

How To Make pumpkin dessert pudding

  • 1
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and softened butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes & let cool.

    Mix marshmallow cream, pumpkin, spices, & salt together. Fold in 2/3 of whipped topping & spread over the graham cracker crust. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pumpkin mixture. Top with toasted coconut or nuts (optional) & chill until set.
