Ingredients For pumpkin bread pudding

15 ozpureed pumpkin

1 cdried cranberries

3 Tbspmelted butter
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspground ginger

8 ozfrench bread torn into chunks

2 chalf and half
-
2/3 csugar
-
2/3 cbrown sugar
-
sugar cinnamon mixture: optional
How To Make pumpkin bread pudding

1butter a 11x7 baking dish. Heat oven to 350

2pour half and half over bread chunks in a bowl

3in another bowl, combine eggs, sugars, pumpkin, cranberries, melted butter, spices, and vanilla; blend well. pour pumpkin mixture over bread and mix well.

4pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 45-60 mins
