1IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE PUMPKIN, BANANAS, SUGAR, BUTTER, CREAM,ORANGE JUICE AND PEEL,SALT, SPICE,AND EGG YOLKS. BEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

2BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF NOT DRY. FOLD INTO MIXTURE.

3POUR INTO A GREASED 2-QUART BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES.
