This dessert is truly delicious and really easy to make. You can use whatever pudding flavor combination you like. Also, Maria crackers are round, flat,sweet biscut cookies generally found in the Spanish section of your supermarket. Hope you like it!

Ingredients For pudim de maria

2 cstrong brewed coffee, cooled

2 pkggoya maria crackers (or tea biscuts)

2 pkgvanilla pudding mix

2 pkgbutterscotch pudding mix

1 smcontainer cool whip

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make pudim de maria

1Make coffee ahead of time and let completely cool.

2Make pudding(s) according to package directions. (I've never used the instant for this recipe, but I'm sure it would be fine)

3Dip each cracker in coffee and layer bottom of trifile bowl.

4Then all your doing is layering as follows: Coffee dipped crackers, layer of vanilla pudding, crackers, butterscotch pudding, crackers and so on.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Before serving add layer of cool whip and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
