Ingredients For pudding fruit pie

    vanilla wafers
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    strawberry jello
  • 1 lb
    frozen mixed berries
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip

How To Make pudding fruit pie

    Crush vanilla wafers add butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 5 min. than cool.

    Use a wire whisk, beat eggs, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, milk. Place on cooled wafer layer and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.

    Make Jello, and cool till partially set. Add Fruit mixture. Place on top of cooled custard layer. Chill 4 to 6 hours.

    Serve with a heaping tablespoon of cool whip
