3/4 ccup non dairy milk

12 ozsoft regular or silken tofu, drained and cubed

2 tspbrown sugar

1 cvegan chocolate chips
How To Make pots de creme

1Heat the non dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming not boiling. Put the tofu and brown sugar in a blender, then add the chocolate chips. Pour in the non dairy milk and process until completely smooth. Spoon the mixture into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Serve chilled.
