This is an easy and inexpensive recipe invented by my brother Joel Jay Amaral. He makes it every year for Christmas and I have added it to my "Blue Ribbon Recipe Collection" I was publishing. I would like to enter it in a recipe contest with the hopes of winning another Blue Ribbon.

Ingredients For pistachio jello salad

  • 1 box
    pistachio jello pudding
  • 16OZ can
    crushed pinnapple
  • 1 SM.
    tub of cool whip
  • 8 OZ
    sour cream
  • 12 OZ
    bag of marshmellows
  • 8 OZ-16 OZ
    crushed nuts you prefere (walnuts etc.)
  • 1 can
    fresh coconut (optional)

    MIX EACH INGREDIENT TOGETHER STARTING WITH THE TOP AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN THE LIST. CHILL FOR 4 HOURS AND PUDDING IS SET.
