when i was little i used to love this bread pudding it smelt so good while cooking i could have eaten it half done

12 slicewhite bread, cut up no crust

2- 20 ozlarge cans crushed pineapple

1 csugar

2 stickmargarine melted

8 mdeggs

cinnamon, to taste
How To Make pineapple bread pudding

1preheat oven to 350. spray 13x9 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. in a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and mix to combine.

2mix in melted margarine and pineapple. fold in cut up bread pieces. pour pineapple bread pudding into prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. bake for 1 hour.
