when i was little i used to love this bread pudding it smelt so good while cooking i could have eaten it half done

Ingredients For pineapple bread pudding

  • 12 slice
    white bread, cut up no crust
  • 2- 20 oz
    large cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 stick
    margarine melted
  • 8 md
    eggs
  • cinnamon, to taste

How To Make pineapple bread pudding

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350. spray 13x9 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. in a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and mix to combine.

    mix in melted margarine and pineapple. fold in cut up bread pieces. pour pineapple bread pudding into prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. bake for 1 hour.
