Ingredients For persimmon pudding

  • 1 c
    persimmon pulp
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts

How To Make persimmon pudding

  • 1
    Mash persimmon pulp. Mix ingredients together in order given. Pour mixture in well-greased mold. Set inside covered steamer and steam for 1 1/2hours. DO NOT remove lid during cooking. Serve hot with sauce or whip cream.
