2 1/3 cbisquick mix

1/2 cmilk

3 Tbsplightly brown sugar

3 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1/2 tspnutmeg

1 tspalmond extract

1/4 cfinely ground almonds

3 Tbsppeach juice, reserved juice
-
16 ozcan sliced peaches, drained reserve juice

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1/2 tspground cinnamon
-
1/8 tspnutmeg

3/4 cdairy sour cream

1 lgegg
How To Make peachy keen custard

1Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.Heat oven to 375^. Combine the first 8 ingredients, and mix to blend. Spread in prepared pan; arrange peach slices on top to overlap and cover top. Mix together cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over peach slices. Mix together sour cream, egg and nutmeg; drizzle over top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
