This is a different take on peach cobbler. The cream cheese just adds great flavor along with the peaches. A friend gave me gave me this recipe years ago. I made it for almost every gathering I went to and it was a favorite. Enjoy!

Ingredients For peaches n cream dessert

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 pkg
    french vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine or butter
  • 1 lg
    can peaches
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar cinnamon mixture

How To Make peaches n cream dessert

    Mix, flour, pudding, and baking powder.

    Combine eggs, milk and butter, add to dry ingredients, Mix well, Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Drain peaches and save 2/3 cup of peach liquid. Lay drained peaches on top of mixture in pan.

    Beat 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and the 2/3 cup peach liquid until mixed.

    Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the peaches in the pan.

    Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar mixture

    Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
