Ingredients For overnight cherry-chocolate chip oatmeal pudding

1/2UC cgreek yogurt, plain, low-fat

1/2 clow-fat milk

1 1/2 Tbspcherry jam

2 tspchia seeds (optional)

1/8 Tbspvanilla or almond extract

1 Tbspmini chocolate chips

1/2 crolled oats or oatmeal (not instant)

Tbspalmonds, slivered or sliced, toasted
How To Make overnight cherry-chocolate chip oatmeal pudding

1In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and jam until smooth. Add the Chia seeds, vanilla, chocolate chips and oats and mix until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. To serve, top with toasted almonds.
