Ingredients For orange pudding

  • 3/4 cup sweet orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp, orange peel, freshly grated
  • 1/2 tbsp butter

How To Make orange pudding

  • 1
    Into a large pot, add the orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and orange rind; stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil, stir until smooth and thick. (1 minute)

    Remove the pot from the heat to add the butter, stir well.

    Pour pudding into six (3-ounce) ramekins and chill at least a 1 - 2 hours (or until set) before serving.
