1 (8oz) cancrushed pineapple, drained

1 1/2 csugar

1/4 cbutter, cut up and softened

1 Tbspall-purpose flour

1 cwhipping cream

How To Make old-fashion bread pudding with bourbon sauce

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir in eggs, blending well. Stir in pineapple and next 4 ingredients. Stir in butter, blending well. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 35-45 minutes or until set. Serve with Bourbon Sauce.

2BOURBON SAUCE: Melt butter in a small saucepan; whisk in flour and cook 5 minutes. Stir in sugar and whipping cream; cook 3 minutes. Stir in bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg and simmer 5 minutes.
