The cheese mixture is very much like a cheese cake, you will be licking the spoon! Very simple to put together Reheats easily, tastes good cold!

Ingredients For noodle pudding

  • MUST PREPARE DAY AHEAD
  • 1 bag
    wide noodles
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • NEXT DAY TOPPING
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flake crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted

How To Make noodle pudding

    Grease a 9 X 16 pyrex pan
  • 2
    Cook noodles and drain Cream eggs,cream cheese and sour cream. Gradually add sugar, blend well

    Combine noodles and cheese mixture well. Pour into pan and spread evenly Cover and refrigerate over night
  • 4
    NEXT DAY TOPPING Melt butter and sugar add crushed cornflakes to make a thick mixture drizzle over top
  • 5
    Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve warm
