This is something my mom made all the time, especially in the summer. My family loves it, so I try to make it as much as possible

Ingredients For mom's ice box cake

1 boxgraham crackers

3 lgbananas

1 lgpkg. jello chocolate instant pudding

1 lgpkg. jello vanilla instant pudding

milk
-
heavy whipping cream
How To Make mom's ice box cake

1Lay graham crackers on bottom of 9x11 baking pan. Slice bananas. And lay on top of graham crackers (not all of them). Mix pudding according to package directions (seperately). Pour chocolate pudding on top of bananas. Another layer of graham crackers, bananas, and vanilla pudding, and top off with graham crackers. Whip heavy cream until thick. Ice the top of graham crackers. Wrap in Saran Wrap and put in refrigerator until firm about 2 hours.
