I'm always asked to make this for BBQ gatherings.Eat it by itself or with some yummy ribs or brisket.

Ingredients For memphis corn pudding

  • 1 box
    jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 1 stick
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make memphis corn pudding

  • 1
    Pre-heat over to 350. Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50mins. or until lightly brown.
