1 (8 oz) ccrushed pineapple in juice undrained

1 cor 8oz vanilla low-fat yogurt

2-4 ozor 1 cup thawed cool whip fat free topping
How To Make low fat watergate salad

1Stir together dry pudding mix,pineapple and yogurt in large bowl until well blended

2Gently stir in whipped topping cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
