- CRUST LAYER

1/2 ccorse ground pecans

2 stickbutter, unsalted

2 tspvanilla extract

2 cap flour
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER

2-8oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1/4 tsplemon rind, grated
- PUDDING LAYER
-
3 3.5oz boxinstant lemon pudding mix

4 cvery cold milk
- TOP LAYER

1 smcontainer cool whip

1/2 cground pecans
How To Make lemon delight

1Preheat over to 375 Mix flour, vanilla, butter and 1/2 cup of ground pecans together and spread evenly in the bottom of a glass 9X13 baking pan, Bake at 375 for 15 min, remove from oven and cool

2Whip room temp cream cheese, lemon rind and confectioners sugar together and spread over crust after it has cooled

3Mix pudding and milk together till thickened and spread over cream cheese layer, set in fridge 10min to set a tad

4Cover with cool whip and sprinkle 1/2 cup of ground pecans over top, refrigerate till set, serve, enjoy!!!
