Another old friend passed this along to me many years ago and it became a favorite bread of my family while my kids were growing up. I still make it occasionally, for those special occasions, and everyone still loves it!

Ingredients For lemon bread

1 boxlemon cake mix
-
1 boxsmall, instant coconut pudding
-
1/4 cflour
-
4eggs
-
1/2 coil
-
1-2 Tbsppoppyseeds(i usually put in 2)

1 tsplemon extract(or more, your preference)

1 cwater
How To Make lemon bread

1Preheat oven 350. Grease 2 loaf pans, bottoms only.

2Mix well all ingredients together. Split mixture between both loaf pans.

3Bake for approximately 40 minutes.

4*If you eat this bread with the poppyseeds, be aware that you might not want to if you have regular drug testing in your work place.
