layered pumpkin dessert
As you can see from the photo, I stopped at Layer 3. This is an 8x8 pan and it was over-flowing! This is good, but man oh man it is pure sugar! Very good, but be prepared - it's sweet!!

1 cflour
-
1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 cpecans, chopped + 1/4 c.

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cpowdered sugar

3 ccool whip
-
2 1/2 cmilk
-
3 smboxes white chocolate instant pudding mix

1 can15 oz. pumpkin

1 Tbsppumpkin pie spice
How To Make layered pumpkin dessert

1Layer 1: Mix flour, butter & 1/2 c. pecans together. Press into 8x8 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350*. Remove & allow to cool

2Layer 2: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar, add 1 cup cool whip. Speed over cooled crust.

3Layer 3: Mix milk, pudding mix, canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice and 1 cup cool whip until smooth. Spread over top of layer 2.

4Layer 4: Spread remaining 1 cup cool whip and sprinkle pecans. Let chill 3 hours before serving.
