    flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    nuts chopped
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 2 pkg
    instant pudding, any flavor
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

    MIX THOROUGHLY THE 1ST 3 INGREDIENTS, FLOUR, BUTTER & NUTS. OR YOU COULD USE GRAHAM CRACKER, OR COOKIE CRUSTS. PAT INTO 9 X 13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES

    SECOND LAYER: MIX CREAM CHEESE, POWDERED SUGAR AND COOL WHIP. AND SPREAD ON TOP OF CRUST. CHILL THOROUGHLY.

    THIRD LAYER: MIX INSTANT PUDDING, MILK, VANILLA TOGETHER AND BEAT UNTIL THICK. POUR OVER SECOND LAYER. CHILL AGAIN.

    FOURTH LAYER: TOP WITH COOL WHIP AND SPRINKLE CHOPPED NUTS ON TOP. CHILL UNTIL READY TO USE
