The title of this recipe intrigued me so of course I had to read and post it. I'm not a fan of Creme de cacao but would love to hear any feed back on this as maybe other liquors could be substituted.

Ingredients For just a complicated look

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    instant coconut pudding (size not specified)
  • 2 c
    strawberries
  • creme de cacao
  • sugar

How To Make just a complicated look

    Combine milk and sour cream in a small bowl; add pudding mix and beat slowly for 2-3 minutes. Put a piece of plastic over top and chill. Now sweeten strawberries and flavor with creme de cacao

    In sherbert or parfait glasses put a spoonful of berries w/juice and then pudding mix on top; repeat layers ending w/berries

    FYI: I'm sorry this recipe is vague on measurement of liquor and sweetener and the size of pudding to use
