My friend's variation on banana pineapple "pie." We loved it, and had to make it myself. Her's tasted more lemony to me. Either she used small pudding boxes and the cream cheese's tartness shined through more, or maybe she used a lemon pudding package (though she said vanilla pudding)? My spouse liked my version (using two large vanilla pudding boxes) more, I liked hers more. :)

Ingredients For jen's banana stawberry dessert

1 ccrushed graham crackers

1/4 csugar

1/2 cmelted butter
-
8 ozcream cheese

3 1/2 cmilk
-
2 pkgvanilla instant pudding (one lemon flavor might be good)

2-3bananas, sliced
-
Somesliced strawberries

8 ozcool whip
How To Make jen's banana stawberry dessert

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Cover with sliced Bananas.

2With mixer, beat cram cheese, milk, and pudding powder until smooth. Spread over the banana layer.

3Cover the pudding layer with strawberry slices, and then spread with the tub of cool whip. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
