Careful, after eating this delicious Irish Cream dessert you will be kissing the Blarney Stone for sure. I made this for my great nephew Patrick to celebrate his Irish heritage on St Patrick's Day.

Who knew that pistachio and Irish cream would be such a great flavor combination! This dessert is creamy, flavorful and perfect for St. Patrick's Day.

Ingredients For irish cream pistachio parfait

    3.4 oz. box pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    Irish Cream liqueur
  • whipped cream or Cool Whip

How To Make irish cream pistachio parfait

  • 1
    Pour 1/2 box of pudding into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup Irish Cream. Whisk for two minutes until thickened.

    Mix the other 1/2 box of pudding with 1 cup of milk and whisk for two minutes until thickened

    Divide the first mixture into 4 serving dishes and add cool whip to each dish. Divide the remaining mixture into 4 servings and spoon over the Cool Whip in each dish. Chill until ready to serve.
