1 cchopped chocolate covered almonds

4 ccold milk

2 Tbspmalted milk powder

5egg whites

1 cbutterscotch ice cream topping

2 tspsea salt

1 1/2 cbutterscotch chips

1/2 cmargarine,melted

1 cheavy cream

1/2 cbutterscotch syrup

How To Make salted butterscotch bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Coat a 9 x 13 -inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Put bread pieces in large mixing bowl.Add crushed pretzels and chopped chocolate covered almonds

3In medium mixing bowl,whisk together milk,malted milk powder,egg whites,butterscotch ice cream topping and sea salt;whisk well until blended.

4Pour butterscotch milk mixture all over the bread mixture,tossing it gently.Pour into prepared baking dish.

5Sprinkle with butterscotch chips.

6Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for additional 30-35 minutes.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the bread pudding is golden brown.

7To make Cream of Salted Butterscotch:combine melted margarine and heavy cream in medium saucepan over medium heat.Stir in butterscotch syrup and sea salt;mix together until smooth.Remove from heat.

8Pour over the bread pudding.Serve warm.
