I had to play with this recipe to give exact measurements. My mother and Grandmother did not use measuring cups and spoons, they knew how much of everything to use. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do!

1 bunchripe bananas, sliced

1 boxnila wafers

1 cevaporated milk

1 cgranulated sugar

3eggs

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla extract

How To Make granny's banana pudding

1Heat milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and flavorings in a medium saucepan on med high, stirring frequently. Do not scorch. Pudding will thicken as it cooks, and as it cools.

2In a large bowl, add wafers,bananas, and pudding in that exact order until you reach desired depth.

3Let cool in refrigerator at least 30 min. Serve chilled.
