2 cday old bread (or end of a loaf)

3/4 cwhite sugar (reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle top before cooking)

1/4 ccinnamon, ground

1 tspvanilla extract

4(whole eggs)

1 1/2 c2% milk
How To Make nonna rosa's bread pudding

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 8x8 ungreased baking pan.

2Tear bread into small pieces...in large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. ( You can add nuts fruit or raisins to this mixture if desired) Sprinkle top with reserved sugar to form sweet crust as it bakes.

3Bake for 40-50 minutes...until bread pudding rises and is firm. Serve warm with butter.
