1 csifted flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1egg

2-3 csugar

1 tspvanilla

1 canfruit cocktail

1-3 cfirmly packed light brown sugar

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 ccoarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make fruit cocktail pudding

1Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a 2 quart casserole thoroughly beat together the egg and sugar; stir in vanill and fruit cocktail including the syrup in the can. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients. Mix together the b. sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top of pudding. Bake in a moderate(350 degree) oven 40-50 minutes. Serve warm(or reheat) with whipped cream, sour cream or whipped cream cheese. Makes 6 servings.
