fruit cake truffles
I used 100gram chocolate but I felt it wasnt enough. Adjust amount to own taste or maybe mix in some chocolate bits to get more of a 'hit' if you are a chocoholic like me.

Ingredients For fruit cake truffles

3 cfruit cake crumbs

100-200 gchocolate

25 gbutter
-
2 Tbsprum, sherry or orange liquer
How To Make fruit cake truffles

1Melt butter & chocolate in microwave on medium (about 2 minutes)

2Put fruit cake into food processor & blend into crumbs. Measure 3 cups. Add rum. Blend. Add chocolate/butter mix & process until it all comes together.

3Refrigerate an hour before shaping into balls. Roll in coconut, cocoa, or hot chocolate powder Keep refrigerated.
