This was my first try at making pudding shots and they came out sooooo yummy! I used sugar-free ingredients when possible to keep the hangover factor to a minimum

Ingredients For frozen mexican hot chocolate pudding shots

2 boxinstant chocolate pudding mix (or a large box)

1/2 Tbspcinnamon

1 tspchili powder
-
1/2 ccold milk
-
1/2 ckahlua
-
1/2 ctequila
-
2 pkgfrozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make frozen mexican hot chocolate pudding shots

1Mix cin and chilli powder with pudding mix

2Mix milk and booze til blended
-
3Mix dry and wet ingredients til well blended

4Gently fold in the first tub of whipped topping til blended, then the second.

5tranfer the fluffy yummyness into a gallon zip-top baggie, or two for better handling

6snip the corner, and pipe into 1 or 2 oz disposible cups with lids

7With all lids in place, toss filled cups into another gallon baggie

8freeze til set, keep chilled
