I made this dessert for a family gathering, I was asked to make it again for the next gathering, several asked for the recipe.

Ingredients For four layer dessert

  • 1ST LAYER
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    nuts (i used pecans)
  • 1 stick
    soft margarine (not melted)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2ND LAYER
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3RD LAYER
  • 2 sm
    packages instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 4TH LAYER
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How To Make four layer dessert

  • 1
    1st layer: Mix together, press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees f for 15 minutes.

    2nd layer: Mix together.
  • 3
    3rd layer: Mix together. This layer should be mixed before the second layer. Let it sit to thicken before spreading in pan.

    4th layer: Cover Top with cool whip. Garnish as desired.
