I will be the first to admit that the first time I made this. I did brun the sugar. Yes it was black & smelly lol. Not good first try, but I got better. I wasn't watching it good. Note to myself & others "Don't walk away, stay there & it will be fine." LOL

Ingredients For easy pezzy cre`me bru`le`e

  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 2 pkg
    jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How To Make easy pezzy cre`me bru`le`e

    Pour the milk & half-and-half into a medium bowl. Then add in the dry pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for abotu 2 mins or until well blended.

    Then pour into a 1 qt. shallow baking dish & refrigerate for about 15 mins.

    Preheat your brolier. Sprinkle the pudding mixture with the brown sugar. Broil 3 inch from the het for abotu 3 to 5 mins or until sugar has melted & caramelized. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
