I love Cranberry Orange muffin's and Cranberry orange cream cheese. So I decided to make bread pudding with a twist. It is so good.

Ingredients For cranberry orange bread pudding.

1 lbday old french bread. unsliced

4 lgeggs, beaten

2 cwhole milk

1 can12 oz evaporated milk.

2 tsporange extract
-
1 csugar.

1 cdried cranberries.
How To Make cranberry orange bread pudding.

1Tear bread into large chunks. about 2 - 3 inch's Butter your baking dish. I used a 2-quart casserole. Alternate bread chunks and cranberries in your casserole.

2Combine sugar, beaten eggs and both milk in blender or whip with a mixer. Add Orange extract. Added some grated orange zest if u like.

3Pour the liquid over the bread and cranberries. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Next day preheat oven to 350F Bake coveered for 1 hour.+-.
