I love Cranberry Orange muffin's and Cranberry orange cream cheese. So I decided to make bread pudding with a twist. It is so good.

Ingredients For cranberry orange bread pudding.

  • 1 lb
    day old french bread. unsliced
  • 4 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 can
    12 oz evaporated milk.
  • 2 tsp
    orange extract
  • 1 c
    sugar.
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries.

How To Make cranberry orange bread pudding.

    Tear bread into large chunks. about 2 - 3 inch's Butter your baking dish. I used a 2-quart casserole. Alternate bread chunks and cranberries in your casserole.

    Combine sugar, beaten eggs and both milk in blender or whip with a mixer. Add Orange extract. Added some grated orange zest if u like.

    Pour the liquid over the bread and cranberries. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Next day preheat oven to 350F Bake coveered for 1 hour.+-.
