Ingredients For cranberry bread pudding

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 4
    beaten eggs
  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1/3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cream

How To Make cranberry bread pudding

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter, sugar and salt Stir in eggs Add cream stirring constantly

    Fold in remaining ingredients

    Fold into 8 greased custard cups or a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 1 hour.

    Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream. Serves 8
