How To Make cranberry bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter, sugar and salt Stir in eggs Add cream stirring constantly

2Fold in remaining ingredients

3Fold into 8 greased custard cups or a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 1 hour.

4Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream. Serves 8
