This is not a real sweet dessert, it’s cool, creamy & you’ll notice in the back ground a slight tang from the Greek yogurt. If you’re not a fan of yogurt you can use just Philadelphia cream cheese. I’ve made this with dark chocolate pudding and dark tart cherries “ canned “ and that was good as well, I topped it with mini chocolate pieces.

  • 1 – 15 . 5 ounce can plums “drained & reserve the syrup”
  • 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 -8 package cream cheese + greek yogurt
  • 2- 3 . 4 ounce box’s jell-o cheese cake instant pudding
  • 1 & ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • toffee pieces
  • pan 7 x 10
  • non stick foil

    Let cream cheese & yogurt cream cheese come to room temperature.

    Whip it till is in mixed and smooth.

    Add the syrup from the can of plums whip again “ you should have about 1 cup or a wee bit more.

    Then add the heavy cream and whip once again until it gets to the soft peak stage.

    Add 1 box at a time of instant pudding and beat till it is really thick.

    Cut the plums into thin slices; make sure to check for pits.

    Line a pan with no stick foil or parchment.

    Spread ½ of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a pan.

    Layer the plums.

    Add the rest of the cream cheese/pudding mixture.

    Sprinkle with toffee bits, these will soften after being in the refrigerator but it adds a nice flavor to the dessert.

    Cover loosely and refrigerate for several hours.

    When you are ready to serve put it in a pretty glass and top with more toffee pieces.
