this is a hand me down recipe from my grandma. It's a delicious dessert with an island kick.

Ingredients For coconut bread pudding

1loaf day old french bread, diced

2 canevaporated milk

1 cancream of coconut

3eggs
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspalmond extract

1 tspcinnamon

1 csugar
-
1/2 cmelted butter or margerine

2 Tbspflour

1 craisens

1/2almonds, chopped (optinal)
How To Make coconut bread pudding

1in large mixing bowl,mix diced bread with the 2 evaporated milks and 1 can of cream of coconut. Let stand for about 15mins.

2add 3 beaten eggs,then the rest of the ingredients. Pour into sprayed baking pan and bake approx. 1 hour or untill set in the middle @350 degrees.
