To make this recipe one can use left over bread. A few slices here and there, instead of throwing them out, make a delicious dessert/ snack.

Ingredients For coconut bread pudding

  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    condensed milk
  • 1 can
    coconut milk
  • 12 slice
    white bread
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make coconut bread pudding

    turn oven on to 350. mix together the evaporated, condensed and coconut milk. set aside
  • 2
    crumble all the bread into a large bowl. with a large spoon mix in the milk mixture. Mix well until all the bread is soaked. if need be, add regular whole milk until the bread is soaking. let sit for a few mins.

    add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. spray non-stick spray on a 9x9 baking dish.

    pour the bread mixture, be careful not to over fill the baking dish. bake at 350 for 50 mins. or until the top turn a beautiful brown color.

    remove from over, let rest for 25-30 mins. For easy snacking, the pudding can be cut into little cubes right from the pan. Serve coconut pudding cubes. Enjoy!
