Bread pudding is a favorite of mine and adding cranberries adds great flavor to this dessert. I think next time I may try adding some pecans in this recipe. Yum-my!

Ingredients For classic cranberry bread pudding

  • 1 1/2 c
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 6 c
    bread,diced
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make classic cranberry bread pudding

    Combine cranberry sauce, bread and raisin in a bowl. Add the well beaten eggs,sugar, milk and cinnamon. Mix gently.

    Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350' for about 45 minutes ( until puffed and firm ) Serve warm with cream or whip cream. Enjoy !
