1/2 cjasmine rice

2 cwhole milk

2 ccoconut milk

1/3 cgranulated sugar

2 Tbspraisins

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspground cinnamon
How To Make caribbean coconut rice pudding

1Wash rice. Combine rice, milk and coconut milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat. Cook gently, stirring as needed for 1 hour or until rice is cooked and milk has thickened.

2Add sugar, vanilla, raisins and cinnamon. Cook for 5 additional minutes.

3Chill 1 hour before serving.
